Woodland Treasures

This was love at first site. Jack and I go on antler shed hunts each year on Woodland Farm and find all sorts of skulls and bones. These skulls were made by designer Christine Facella of Beetle & Flor. The North American Wildlife collection is inspired by her work as a science illustrator for the Vertebrate Paleontology department at the Museum of Natural History in New York.

Almost There!

We are getting closer to opening--waiting on a few more pieces of furniture, getting stuff unloaded, and hoping to get some art on the walls. We also need to get the front porch painted--it is a little dreary. At least you can now get a sense of the space, and we are official (our sign is up!). We appreciate all the interest and hope to meet some of you soon.

Ticket to Ride

Paul came to town and took me for a ride in exchange for the obligatory hand job.

Vintage Racers

Jack and I attended the Super Bike Showdown at Road Atlanta. These bikes were a few of our favorites. I must have a 76 Bultaco Astro!

Farm Tactics - Cape Cod Bag

Picture yourself on the beach. In this bag is everything you need and a few things that you've just found. My wife and kids are headed St. George Island on the gulf next week. It is the only beach the kids have ever known. Will this be the last chance to remember it the way it was, or to taste oysters just pulled out of Apalachicola Bay? I hope not. This bag will be a part of next week's memories.
