Don't Miss This!

I am moving the  shop into Atlanta this weekend for a couple of really great events. Here is everything you need to know about what is going on. I am looking foward to seeing old friends and making a few new ones. - John

Atlanta's first event of its kind, The Southern Swap Meet will take place at the Goat Farm located in Atlanta's Westside on Saturday, May 21st. This event is a unique mash up of pop-up market and food and music festival that will feature distinctively southern fashion and lifestyle vendors, street food trucks, and visual/musical/performance artists.

The pop-up market will showcase high-quality, expertly crafted goods from Warhorse Workshop, Billy Reid, Sebago, Wolverine 1000 Mile, Oakleaf and Acorn, The Brothers Galleon, Standard, and Southern Star Tattoo. Street food will be provided by West Side, King of Pops, Tamale Queen, Fancy Peanuts, Grace's Goodness, and Good Food Truck. Finally, visual art and musical acts will include Evereman, Scott Dupree, Corrina Mensoff, Adron, George Long, Little Tybee, and Cousin Dan.

Warhorse Workshop and Billy Reid will also host a preview shindig sponsored by Dogfish Head beer on Friday, May 20th from 7-11 p.m. at 1841 Peachtree Rd. This will be the global launch of Warhorse Workshop and they'll be showing their new line of expertly handmade leather goods as well as their collaboration with Ebbets Field caps, and Billy Reid will feature current collections along with their latest J.Crew and K-Swiss collaborations!

The pre-party is free and open to the public. The Southern Swap Meet will include a $5 entry fee that goes to support the Atlanta Street Food Coalition's efforts towards making street food a larger part of Atlanta's culture.

The Southern Swap Meet will take place on Saturday, May 21st from 2-10 p.m. at The Goat Farm, located at 1200 Foster Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30318. Formerly a cotton gin, The Goat Farm is a 12-acre re purposed historical site that includes industrial, mixed-use residential and studio space. It is a popular venue for art studios, gallery showings, concerts and film productions.
